Pathfinder AT Tire Review
Overall Assessment
What we really love about the Pathfinder AT is how it performs well over a number of categories in its class. Although it doesn’t excel at much, there are few shortcomings when it comes to this product.
The tire has good tread wear thanks to its tougher tread compound and aggressive tread design. This makes the tire more resistant to cuts and chips when making your way through rough terrain. The ride is comfortable, and the tire feels safe and reliable. This is as a result of the interconnected rib pattern and the siped tread blocks which increase grip in rain or snow. What we loved most about the Pathfinder AT is its price which will appeal to many motorists
The Pathfinder AT struggles when it comes to extreme terrain and icy or snowy conditions. Although the Pathfinder is not specifically designed to take on the rougher stuff, it does carry an all terrain tag which means this has to be considered. Some noise also starts to become apparent on the highway and at higher speeds although this is not uncommon for these sorts of tires.
In conclusion, the Pathfinder AT is a very dependable all terrain tire. Although there are many tires in its category that outperform the Pathfinder, the real value in this tire is its price, which allows the budget motorist accessibility to a solid performing, good value for money product.

Pathfinder AT Tire Customer Review
DM says: “I have recently put these pathfinders on my dodge and can report they have performed well. Tread life hasn’t become an issue yet as I have only done around 5000 miles. My driving style is relatively relaxed and the light off-road experience that I have had in these tires has been good. I will be testing the tire more extensively in the near future when it comes to its off-road capabilities but so far, so good!”

Scott says: “I was out of town when my wife had a flat and she replaced all four of her tires with Pathfinder AT’s. This was initially done due to budget restraints, so far as to say I didn’t have high expectations when it came to these tires. I must say that they have done better than I thought they would. She has reported a smooth comfortable ride and 8,000 odd miles in the tread life appears to be intact. All in all a very good purchase!”
