Mastercraft Courser CXT (Our Review)
Overall Assessment
The Courser CXT uses an advanced silica-infused tread compound that flaunts excellent durability and optimal traction on dry and wet terrain. The tire utilizes the unique Duo-Tech2 construction to withstand weary terrain without the risk of damage. Further, it incorporates large tread blocks that, coupled with sturdy side traction blocks, boost the tire’s resistance to bruises and cuts.
No matter what vehicle you drive, you’re going to love the way this tire accentuates your car’s aesthetics with its aggressive tread design, courtesy of a host of broad shoulder scallops.
One of the strongest selling points of this tire is that it’s capable of navigating muddy surfaces without any problems, no matter how loose or rigid the mud is. The tire also features full-depth sipes that ensure optimal traction on wet terrain as well as snow. However, the tire doesn’t do an ideal job when it comes to navigating the ice.

Nick F. says: “I bought a set of the Courser CXT tire for my Durango about a week ago. I paid a ton of money for it, but it was really worth it. This tire can tread over gravel, rocks, sand, and even mud like it is nothing at all. Whether it’s dry or wet, the Courser CXT just keeps on running”

Steve G. says: “This tire isn’t for everyone. Unless you live in an area that’s just covered in weary terrain, you ought to consider a different tire because this thing is very costly. It does offer an outstanding performance that justifies its steep price tag, though.”
