Firestone Champion Fuel Fighter Tires (Our Review)
Overall Assessment
The Firestone Champion Fuel Fighter incorporates the latest Fuel Fighter technology that minimizes rolling resistance for reduced fuel consumption. And it doesn’t just end there; the two steel belts inside the tire are designed to provide enough strength while also being as lightweight as possible, which further improves its fuel economy.
The tire flaunts a silica-infused rubber compound with an asymmetric tread pattern that provides you with exceptional dry traction. Wet traction is another area that the Champion Fuel Fighter excels at. With four circumferential grooves, this tire does an excellent job when it comes to dispersing water away, giving you a solid grip on wet pavement.

The tire is quite comfortable and quiet, even if your car is loaded with passengers and luggage, though it may struggle a bit on rough roads. Additionally, the deep sipes give the Champion good traction in light snow. However, we wouldn’t recommend you to use it in deep snow.
Finally, the tire is backed by an excellent tread warranty.

Firestone Champion Fuel Fighter Tire Customer Review
Michael Allen says: “It’s so easy for the manufacturer to claim that its tire will save you on fuel costs, but unless I actually try the tire myself, I won’t be convinced. Surprisingly, the Firestone Champion Fuel Fighter did save me some cash over the past 2 months, and with such a solid performance, there’s really nothing to complain about. I wish I had bought a set a long time ago”

Jason E. says: “I’ve always had a problem with gas consumption, especially that my BMW M3 is a gas eater with its huge engine. After putting on these tires, I’ve noticed that I’m spending less on gas than I’ve ever used to. I definitely recommend these.”
