The Evolution H/T is one of Cooper’s latest and most popular all-season tires for crossovers, SUVs, and pickups. It hit the market back in 2017 as a replacement for the Discovered H/T.
The tire incorporates a lot of cutting-edge technology, which is common amongst Cooper tires. One of the technologies it incorporates is StabilEdge technology, which boosts the tire’s traction and handling capabilities, whether it’s on dry or wet pavement.
Not only that, but it also ensures optimal grip and cornering for spirited drivers. Another thing that this technology brilliantly achieves is uniform tread wear, ensuring stability and durability. Continue reading to learn more about the Cooper Evolution H/T.

Cooper Evolution H/T (Our Review)
Overall Assessment
It’s hard to find a Cooper tire that’s blatantly poor, and the Evolution H/T is certainly not going to change that, as it’s one of the brand’s most capable tires. In addition to StabilEdge technology, the tire flaunts 3D Micro-Gauge sipes that cover the tread to improve traction on wet pavement. It also features circumferential grooves of considerable width that help combat hydroplaning.
It’s advertised that the 3D Micro-Gauge sipes grant the Evolution H/T some biting edges that help improve grip on snowy surfaces, but this isn’t a winter tire, so we’re not really expecting it to wow us when it comes to traction on snow and ice.
The steering is very responsive with this tire. The tire is also fairly comfortable and quiet. It’s not as comfortable as some of its counterparts in the same class, such as the Premier LTX from Michelin, but it’s definitely far from uncomfortable.
What we love the most about this tire is its remarkable tread life. This tire is built like a tank, and it’s likely to last you a very long time. It’s also backed by a neat 60,000-mile warranty, so you’ve got the whole durability aspect covered.
