Antares Ingens A1 Tires (Our Review)
Overall Assessment
The Antares Ingens A1 is no ordinary all-season tire. It sports an all-season tread compound with a special siping pattern and open grooves, which provides you with unmatched traction on dry and wet roads alike. However, wet traction isn’t that good at high speeds, but aggressive acceleration on wet roads isn’t a good idea, anyway.
Another area that this tire excels at is road noise. The Ingens runs quietly, even on rough roads. The tire is capable of delivering high performance without sacrificing comfort. Braking on dry and wet pavement is excellent, but the braking distance is slightly longer on light and deep snow.
This probably one of the best all-season tires you can get, considering that it’s quite affordable and offers a lot for its price. We’d have liked it if it performed better on snow, but that’s not something an all-season tire is designed for anyway.

Prices
At a starting price of $32, the Antares Ingens A1 is one of the most budget-friendly all-season tires you can get. The prices go up incrementally with bigger sizes and better specs. Be on the lookout for rebates and coupons on this model as you could get a 4-item set at an even cheaper price tag.
Warranty
The Antares Ingens A1 comes with a 40,000-mile tread warranty, and that’s about it. We were disappointed that there’s no coverage on tire uniformity and materials, but at this price, we can’t really complain.
